1. CvStay PH is a marketplace, not a party to your rental contract
Your booking and lease are between you and the landlord directly. CvStay PH helps you find listings, verify landlords where possible, and message safely. We do not own the properties, do not collect rent, and do not act as a real-estate broker.
2. Free for students
CvStay PH does not charge students any booking fee, service charge, or commission. If anyone asks you to pay a fee "to use CvStay PH," report them immediately. it is not us.
3. Safe payment rule
Never send advance payment before you have visited the unit in person and talked to the owner. Always ask for an official receipt (Acknowledgment Receipt or BIR Invoice).
4. Your account, your responsibility
You must use your real name and a valid email. Misrepresenting your identity or using a fake CvSU Student ID is grounds for suspension and possible referral to authorities.
5. What you may not do
- Post fake or misleading demand ("LF") posts
- Send harassing, discriminatory, or sexually explicit messages
- Share another person's contact details without permission
- Upload someone else's photos or identification
- Use the platform for any purpose other than finding lodging near a CvSU campus
6. Reporting problems
Use the complaints process. If unresolved after 7 days, you may escalate to DTI, NPC, or law enforcement.

8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in-app and via email.
