About
Built by the community, for the community.
A Facebook group for CvSU dorm hunters grew to 17,000 members. CvStay PH is the app that group kept asking for: real prices, real photos, verified landlords.
What we stand for
No hidden prices
Rent, deposit, and house rules sit on every listing.
Safety over speed
Visit first, pay after. Verified landlords carry a badge.
Community first
Grown from a 17,000-member CvSU dorm-finder group.
Free for students
Always. Landlords pay a small monthly plan, nothing else.
Why I built this
I never dormed. I commuted from General Trias, but my classmates did, and I heard every ghosted-landlord story and every scramble for a kapalitan slot before sembreak.
For three years I ran the CvSU Indang Dorms and Lodging Finder group and watched the same problems repeat. A group can only do so much. So I built what the community kept asking for.
“I can’t give every CvSU student the dorm experience I skipped. But I can give them a safer, clearer way to find theirs.”
