Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Rent, deposit, and advance

CvStay PH does not collect rent, deposit, or advance payments. Any refund of these amounts is between you and the landlord directly. Ask your landlord for their written refund policy before you pay.

2. Verified plan (₱99 / month, recurring)

  • You can cancel anytime. Access stays live until the end of the paid month.
  • Full refund within 7 days of your first payment if no listing ever goes live.
  • Full refund within 30 days of your first payment if CvStay PH cannot verify your documents despite good-faith submission.
  • No partial-month refunds after the first billing cycle.

3. Featured plan (₱199 / month, recurring)

  • You can cancel anytime. Access stays live until the end of the paid month.
  • Full refund within 7 days of your first payment if the Featured slot has not yet been shown.
  • Prorated refund if CvStay PH fails to display the Featured slot for any promised rotation window.
  • No partial-month refunds after the first billing cycle.

4. Duplicate or mistaken payment

Full refund within 14 business days upon written request to cvstayph@gmail.com.

5. Fraud / fake listings

If a listing is found to be fraudulent, CvStay PH will refund any tier fees paid in connection with that listing and permanently suspend the account.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 15 business days. Payment-processor fees are non-refundable unless the refund is CvStay PH's fault.
