Intellectual Property Takedown Policy

If you believe a listing, photo, logo, or message on CvStay PH infringes your copyright, trademark, or other IP rights, send a written notice to cvstayph@gmail.com with:

1. Your full name and contact information
2. Identification of the work or mark you claim is being infringed
3. The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on CvStay PH
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights-holder
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notice

Users whose content is taken down may file a counter-notice to the same email with the same information plus a statement under penalty of perjury that the takedown resulted from mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

Accounts with repeat valid takedowns against them will be suspended and, if warranted, permanently banned.

Bad-faith notices

False or bad-faith takedown notices may result in counter-liability and CvStay PH may report the notice-giver to the rights-holder whose mark was abused.
