What will I pay?
You pay for the beds you publish, like paying per seat. Add a bed and it goes up, remove one and it goes down. Nothing is charged for beds you have not listed.
At a typical ₱2,500 a bed, 6 beds brings in about ₱15,000 a month. Verified costs 1.2% of that. One bed filled a single month sooner pays for 14 months of the plan.
How you pay
GCash, Maya, QR Ph, or card on a secure PayMongo page. Renews monthly until you cancel.
Rent stays direct
Students pay landlords directly, as they always have. Only a landlord’s own plan goes through CvStay PH.

Landlord billing FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then drops to Free.
What happens to my listings if I cancel?
They stay visible but lose the badge and priority. Above the Free limit, only your most recent listing stays active.
Why per bed?
So a 3-bed place never pays what a 30-bed dorm pays. You are charged for the beds you publish, with the plan minimum as the floor.
What if I add or remove a bed?
Your next monthly charge uses the bed count at that time. Nothing changes mid-month.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Pick the other plan from your dashboard; it starts when the payment clears.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. PayMongo emails one after each payment.
What if a renewal fails?
Your plan drops to Free until the payment goes through. Extra listings are paused, not deleted.
